Not to everyone's taste, but I enjoyed it. Truffaut is one of France's greatest film directors. His cast is good in this movie, with the gorgeous Jacqueline Bisset in her prime. Nathalie Baye is just at her debut. Jean-Pierre Leaud is in fine form, as are the rest. Be sure to watch their interviews, filmed 28 years after the film was made.
