Our family is not strictly Raw Vegan, but even so this is my "go-to" book. I own it, and there is a comprehensive review of each and every fruit, vegetable, herb, grain and nut. The description of each tells you what ailments that specific food is good for, or when to avoid eating it. I high recommend it.
