Attorney Sophie Maxwell has come to Savannah to be with her new husband, Will. But nothing throws cold water on a hot relationship faster than a dead body. Fortunately, Sophie has a good friend in Faith Fairchild, who is eager for distraction in the form of some sleuthing. In between discussions of newlywed agita, surprising Savannah customs and, of course, fabulous low country food, Faith and Sophie will pair up to unmask a killer.

This is a lovely 'cosy' mystery series and I've been reading it for years. Faith, wife of a New England pastor, always has adventures in the small town of Aleford. Sophie, Faith's friend from the previous book in the series, has married and moved to Savannah. When a body falls out of her closet, she knows who to call to help solve the case. Always look forward to reading the next book in the series!
