After another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps, one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark2s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Marvel has a formula: put in a lot of action and one-liners that will make up for a stupid storyline and big plot holes.

Nothing too special that you haven't already seen. This film is "Batman V. Superman" just with changed characters. I mean, it has its moments, but it's not much beyond the standard. I mean what else could they possibly come up with rather than the same scenarios using Russians? I mean, how many more Russian spies that haven't been found are there? I guess we'll find out in the next 50 movies...

Not so much a Captain America movies as an Avengers movie. Good storyline, good pacing, loved the Ant Man addition and inclusion of the Winter Soldier. Great addition to the series.

Not sure if you could achieve a worse story line. They spent all their money on big name actors and failed to hire a script writer. The story was pathetic at best. Lots of fights if that is what you are looking for. Big waste of time.

what? marvel has gone to family feud to get box office?
poor script, poor direction, poor production!
the airport fight scene ("civil war") is like a 3-ring circus. they show u everything, but essentially u don't see much. if there is choreography of the fights, it failed.
long time trusted idiom: too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the broth.
when u have a dozen or so superheroes on the same screen, u are bound to dilute any effort to focus on individual character, performance & emotion. whom can the audience identify w/ among that bunch? perhaps the captain only or no one at all.
some die-hard fans may "enjoy" this "cool" movie, but not me, esp when i'm not a fan at all! :(

Frightening or Intense Scenes: I would strongly caution exposing children younger than 14 to CA: Civil War. There are quite a few frightening scenes with villains committing cold-blooded deeds, and I think exposure to such things could harm a child's innocence as well as condition them to accept such things as normal. The scenes are far more poignant and are better understood by an older and more mature audience.
