Violence: Many dragons die, and one even rips himself apart. Not for children under the age of 6.
If I were Clearsight, I think I would have done what she sis in the book. I thought Darkstalker wasn't evil but he did horrible things I thought he would never do. :( Indigo I though was a nice dragon until she met Darkstalker and had body guard training. She married Fathom in secrecy at the end. YAAAAAAAY :D
Clearsight and Darkstalker seam perfect for each other. When with their hearts set on different futures, things get complicated, and a little scary.

Add a CommentO.M.G. BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love how they show the bad guy's side of the story . Great author, book, and series.
In CHAPTER 1: (SPOILER! WELL A LITTLE...) Fathom was like- Coconut um can you please hit my grandfather? Nothing happened.
Then he was like- Yo coconut listen up. I want you to fly over there and strike my grandfather! ZOOM! goes the coconut. LOL! Fathom is an "animus"! Probably being an "animus" will be fun if I'm a dragon!
Okay, so, if the NightWing puninsula eroded THAT MUCH...Why didn't ANYTHING else? I mean, the RainWing islands are still there, same with the IceWing and SeaWing islands. SERIOUSLY!
Although, don't get me wrong, THIS IS A GREAT BOOK.
I havent read this book yet, but by all the other Wings of Fire series I can tell this book is going to be a good book, especially by Tui's talent with writing books. I cannot wait to be able to read this book!
amazing!!! it is really cool to see the real story behind darkstalker! the book does have some funny parts(does it? i can't remember) but mostly it's actually a pretty sad story. it almost made me cry at the end(i think i might have just stared into space for a few minutes after i finished it. I'm not completely sure...) i mean seriously darstalker?! killing your own dad?! that's brutal!!!!!!! :O >:( oh,whatever! the book is awesome!
P.S. tui should totally write more legends! i hope she does!(fingers crossed)
I always see Deathbringer in the comments aswell as frostpup. They might be a big fan ;)
Anyways, great book and I read this right before I read moon rising and it made perfect sense!
5 Stars to all the books!
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find it interesting how it was done
Note: the prologue of this book takes place right before winglets 4 runaway
*HALF SPOILER ALERT*
The end made me a little teary-eyed
Joseph Malo, he didn't really turn evil. He had a different point of view than everybody else. He's like his father. Prince Arctic of the IceWings. Darkstalker IS (after all) royal blood. But to the IceWings. They wouldn't let him become king anyway.

Wow! I love this book! It explains so much about the Wings of Fire series.
