You won't be disappointed by this Heyer title. Witty and satisfying!
I love Georgette Heyer, and this is one of my new favorites. I haven't read them all, but I also like...
These Old Shades
Devil's Cub
Venetia
Arabella
The Grand Sophy
Cotillion
I read this twice in a row in a week!
This was the first Heyer I've ever read and now I want to read all of them. It's a perfect portrayal of Regency society at its best and worst: funny, stuck up, careless and carefree.
A fun and thrilling romance! There are villians, deception, overwhelming gambling debts, and true love.
One day, I will read everything that Georgette Heyer has written.
