Add a SummaryRansom is my favorite Julie Garwood book. I love her books about the Scottish Highlands. I recommend this book to anyone who loves historical romance. I would read The Secret first.

Add a CommentI love this book! I re-read it often. The characters were fully realized, three-dimensional people with understandable strengths and weaknesses. The mystery of the story is interesting, and keeps you guessing. All in all, I think this book is one of the finest examples of the medieval romance genre.
This is my favorite book by this author. It's a great story and I loved every word. kept me on the edge of my seat. The wedding was the best part.
I really enjoyed this book because it's set in a different time and it pulled me in from the beginning. It also has a little mystery and some romance.
This is probably my favourite book. I often enjoy historical romance novels and this book, I have read about five times. Enjoy!
