I really liked this book! You gain a lot of insight on little stories in the series, like how Michael told Robert he loved him and explains a lot of stuff like how Magnus and Alec, um, well, it's a spoiler, but let's just say everyone's reactions are absolutely hilarious. That's another good part. This book had me laughing so HARD. You see a bit of a lot of minor but important characters, like James, Tessa and Will's son. Sorry if you are reading Clockwork Angel. I love George, Simon's roommate, except for the really sad ending. See if you connect the dots with his last name and someone else's from the Infernal Devices series. Tee hee. That part made me so sad and happy at the same time. And if you are a fan of Simon and Isabelle moments, you will be squealing with joy every few pages. I GUARANTEE it. It fills a lot of gaps in the Mortal Instruments and the Dark Artifices, like how Clary became parabatai with Simon. C'mon, people. That was practically seen a mile away. All in all, a VERY satisfying read by Cassandra Clare for the.... wait, lemme count, eleventh time?
