I like the Frasier character in that here is a guy who cares what people think of him, a guy who is making a sincere effort to evidence some growth emotionally and to be a decent human being. He apologizes humbly when he becomes aware of offences he may have caused in the course of his energetic and opinionated behaviour - all of which makes him complex and interesting. As well with this show, there's a great deal of gentle fun in the inter-relationship dynamics of the cast and you always feel good after a session of Frasier.
