This is a fabulous book for someone looking to make a lifestyle change to lose weight gradually and keep it off (vs. dieting to lose weight quickly and inevitably regain). The author breaks it down into ten small changes, with suggestions, tips and steps within each change. I love that the author doesn't vilify any single food or food group (ie carbs or fats).
